My employees are clocking in and out, but the terminal does not seem to be recording the punches. No punches are coming through for those employees from that terminal. How can I fix this?

Pendulum has the option to restrict the terminals from which the employee is authorized to punch in/out.

That is, if you want Pendulum to restrict employee #12345 to only use the HandPunch terminal #2, this terminal must be checked in the employee profile. Only transactions from that terminal will be accepted by Pendulum. If this employee were to use another HandPunch terminal to clock in/out, no transaction would come through from the other terminal.

Ensure all appropriate HandPunch terminals are selected in the employee profile, and ensure your employees are aware of which terminal(s) they can use to clock in/out.
