If your PC does not have a 9 pin serial port we recommend you purchase a Tripp Lite USB to Serial Adapter. You may obtain this product by contacting your local Acroprint authorized dealer, purchasing through our website or visiting www.tripplite.com to find a retail location near you.
Please note that you must install the drivers from the software that comes with the serial adapter. Our products have only been tested with Tripp Lite USB to Serial Adapters.
