How do I backup and restore my data?

How to back up the database:

1. Log into the timeQplus Software.
2. Click on File and select System Utilities.
3. Click on Backup and then select the location where you would like to save the database.
4. Enter a name for your file and click save.

How to restore the database:

1. Log into the timeQplus Software.
2. Click on File and select System Utilities.
3. Click on Restore and select the location where the backup copy of the database is stored.
4. Select the database and click open.
5. Click Next to restore your database.
