What do I do if an employee forgets to punch in or out?

If an employee forgets to punch, simply use Punch Editing to insert their time.

Open Time and Attendance.

Open Punch Editing.

In the Employee drop down box, select the employee for whom you wish to insert a punch.

Select the pay period in which the missed punch occurred (Current or Previous).

In the bottom left corner, select Insert.

Enter the Time and Date of the employees punch.

Press OK to accept the punch.
