It takes several minutes for my clock to register each employee punch, or, my employees are having to swipe several times before their punch is accepted. My clock keeps freezing up. How do I fix this?

Your computer is most likely causing this problem.

You can test this by disconnecting the clock cable from the back of your computer.

Take a few test swipes to see if the clock performs normally.

If it does, you will need to download and install the Port Capture Utility.
