Can I use Time Q +Plus (v5.11) or Paytime with Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 or Windows Vista?

I upgraded to a new version of Windows and receive the following error: TSIF400 has encountered an error and must close. I can no longer edit punches or employees.

How do I prepare / adjust my Time Q +Plus or Paytime system for the Daylight Saving Time (DST) change?
