RALEIGH, NC — April 1, 2009 — Acroprint announces the release of the new and improved ES1000 totalizing time recorder, now featuring atomic accuracy and an enhanced feature set.
This state-of-the-art employee time clock now automatically synchronizes with time codes transmitted by the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s time clock in Boulder, Colorado, keeping it incredibly accurate with no resetting necessary. The ES1000 automatically adjusts month and year and changes for Daylight Saving Time.
The clock has also been redesigned with user-friendly digital text displays to guide you through the set up process screen-by-screen. Five pay period options are available including weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly plus a job-costing option. The bi-weekly pay period prints the first week on the front of the time card and the second week on the back, saving money on time cards.
This totalizing time recorder will save businesses time and money on payroll preparation. It automatically calculates time between punches and totals time in hours and minutes (including overtime). It offers several reports, including Hours Summary, Clock Rules and Time Cards. Two-color printing means early and late punches are easy to identify with irregular punches appearing in red.
The sleek and modern ES1000 comes in a distinctive metallic silver and navy blue finish. A large and easy-to-read LCD screen displays the time, day and date. You can choose from English, Spanish or French for your day display.
The atomic ES1000 is an affordable solution that totals employee hours worked and provides an indisputable employee time and attendance record.
