Configuring the system is as easy as entering your employee work information on a simple Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. Upload to the clock using the included USB memory stick and you’re ready to go. You can optionally enroll each employee’s fingerprint at the clock to use biometric verification. Alternatively, workers can clock in and out using RFID proximity badges or key fobs (both available separately from Acroprint) or a PIN.

When it comes time to run payroll, it’s as easy as plugging the USB memory stick in to the clock to capture the data. You can then open the files in Excel at your PC for easy review, reporting and printing.

The compact, lightweight clock can be wall-mounted or set on a tabletop or desk, allowing you to position it where ever it’s most convenient for your employees. Because it needs no network connection, BioTouch is perfect for remote offices or other locations that might not have an available network port nearby.
