ProPunch is the ideal solution for companies that want the flexibility of anytime, anywhere access, combined with the control of having the software hosted on their premises. Once ProPunch is installed and activated, employees can clock in and out using a web browser from any device connected to the Internet, with no need to install any additional client software. Companies that prefer using badge or biometric verification can optionally have employees clock in and out using a time clock.
ProPunch is offered in two initial configurations: software only, or a biometric bundle that includes the software and one fingerprint-enabled time clock. Both options support 50 employees out of the box. Upgrades allow you to expand the employee capacity and add time clocks as your company requires.
The innovative biometric time clock supports punching using fingerprint and/or passcode, proximity badges or key fobs, all in a single sleek, compact unit. You can upgrade your system to include additional time clocks at any time.
The software offers three levels of access: employee, supervisor, and administrator. Employees can view their own time sheets, change password and leave notes for their supervisor. Supervisors can review, edit and approve time sheets for their own assigned employees, while administrators are able to access time sheets for all employees and process time for export to payroll.
Employee punches are recorded in real time, so supervisors and administrators always have an up-to-date view of who’s in and who’s out, the number of hours worked, enabling them to better monitor and control labor costs.
The ProPunch software license includes unlimited free support and time clock replacements.
