RALEIGH, NC — Acroprint Time Recorder Company is pleased to announce our popular timeQplus software has been enhanced to include several top-requested features. These new features make tracking employee time and attendance even easier and more convenient for our customers.
For example, the timeQplus software now offers multiple-level user permissions. Administrators can assign individual permission rights to supervisors and employees, limiting the data and system functions they can access.
Supervisors can view, edit, approve and run reports on timesheets for employees assigned to them. Limiting their view to their own assigned employees makes it quicker and easier for supervisors to review and approve timesheets, while providing enhanced accountability for timesheet edits.
Employees can view and print only their own timesheet, and cannot edit data. This saves time and frustration by allowing employees to review their own time records without having to track down a supervisor or payroll administrator.
Of course, administrators retain access to all system functions and configuration options.

Another important and timely enhancement: timeQplus now supports employer reporting under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), or “Obamacare.” The updated software now includes an “Average Hours Worked” report, specifically designed to help employers meet ACA reporting requirements.
Other improvements include a new “Missing Punches” report, updated “Who’s In/Who’s Out” report, custom shift settings, the ability to designate a default work code at the terminal, more flexible reporting options and more.
