In order to return a product purchased directly from Acroprint Tech, one must first obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) by contacting Acroprint within 30 days of product purchase. Customer will be required to provide proof of purchase.

If the item was purchased from one of Acroprint’s resellers/dealers then the item must be returned to that resller/dealer. No RMA can be granted by Acroprint for products sold through a reseller/dealer.

Returned items must be complete with all orginal accessories, cables, attachements, manuals, badges, etc. No refund will be given for those missing components. Use the original box for shipping and make sure that the RMA number is printed clearly on the box.

Customer will be responsible for all freight charges on orginal invoice on non-defective or user damaged items along with a minimum restocking fee of 15%. All special build orders (e.g. Time Clock or Time Stamp), opened/used Software, Acroprint Support/Service charges and contracts are not eligible for return.
