A symptom of corrupted raw data files is missing or incorrect posted punches when you poll the terminal.

This type of data corruption is mainly caused by communication errors. Communication errors are logged in the Audit folder in the Pendulum root directory.

Acroprint has documented a procedure that helps correct and reprocess a corrupted raw data file. The procedure generates the missing punches, but additional posted punches must be removed manually.

Right click and select Save File As (or the equivalent command in your browser) to save this file to your hard drive: Repair Procedure.
