My copy of Pendulum opens in Demo Mode. How do I access the full version of the software?

Demo mode can be caused by one or more of the following:

  • The dongle key is not installed or is defective.

  • The LPT port is configured as PS2. This port must be configured for 25 pin dongles in the BIOS as either ECP or EPP, not PS2.

  • Missing Pendulum.dat file in the Pendulum root directory. This can be caused by installing Pendulum across the network or from a copied install CD. Pendulum should be always installed directly from the original install CD.

  • Some Windows XP Pro PCs need the latest HASP driver from www3.safenet-inc.com/support/.

  • You are running the DEMO version of the software. Contact your local dealer or Acroprint Software and Systems Sales at 1-800-334-7190 to purchase the full version.
