Check your holiday list to insure the holiday has been set up.

Check your Schedule setting (Pay Non-worked Holidays) to insure you have opted to pay non-worked holidays.

Check your holiday day settings (Employee Qualification, Worked Days Before/After and Hours Added for Non-worked Holidays) to insure these settings are correct.
