This problem can be caused by shutting down the PC before Pendulum was closed.
If that is the case, you will notice there is a red circle across the exit door of the Log on screen. Left click into the red circle to fix this problem.
To avoid this problem in the future, please remember to close Pendulum before you shut down or restart the Pendulum PC.
