I lost or damaged my Supervisor badge and cannot print reports. Is there anything I can do?

Using the keypad, type in the word “Reports” as if the numbers on the keypad had letters like your telephone. The number sequence is 7376787. This will only give you access to the Report menus. If you need full Supervisor access, you will need to order a replacement Supervisor badge, available by calling Acroprint at 800.334.7190.
