How do I determine which version of the timeQplus software I have installed?

In order to receive effective support for your timeQplus installation, you need to know which version of the software you have installed. Here are some ways you can determine your software version:

  1. If you are logged in to the software, click Help in the upper left menu bar. This will open a dropdown menu. From the dropdown menu, select About timeQplus. This will pop up a system information screen, which will display the software version near the top.
  2. Locate the software icon in your computer’s Windows system tray at the lower right of your monitor. Right click the icon and select About… from the menu. This will open the system information screen, which will display your software version near the top. (This option is useful in the event you are unable to log in to the software.
