The User Name and Password can be assigned in the Employee screen in the software. User ID number is the PIN number. To assign the Password, the Administrator highlights the employee name then chooses the Details button (located in the bottom right hand corner of the screen) to set a password. Don’t forget to give the assigned User IDs and Passwords to your employee so they can punch in/out at the virtual clock (i.e. “PC punch”).
