I have lost my supervisor badges. How can I replace them?

You can order additional supervisor badges by contacting your local Acroprint authorized dealer, calling Acroprint Systems Sales at 1-800-334-7190 or by ordering online at the Acroprint web store.

In an emergency, you can also create a Supervisor badge using the PC software. You will need a badge that is not currently assigned to an employee.

  1. Open the Time and Attendance software.
  2. Click on Supervisors.
  3. Click Insert then enter the number on the badge that you will now be using as a Supervisor badge.
  4. Click OK to add the badge to the system as a supervisor.
  5. Click Close to close the Supervisors Window.

PLEASE NOTE: Any badge assigned as a supervisor badge cannot be used by an employee to clock in or out. If the system is reset, all supervisor badges set up through the PC will no longer have access to the supervisor menus.
