Terms and Conditions: Shipping
Orders received online by 11:30am (Eastern), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will generally be processed the same business day. Orders received after 11:30am on business days and orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
Orders placed online can only be shipped to the United States (excluding US territories). If you require delivery to another location, please contact a local dealer or call Acroprint at 1-800-334-7190 to place your order.
In order to expedite delivery, depending on what is ordered and where the purchaser is located, items may ship in one or more containers from one or more shipping locations.
We will make every effort to confirm actual shipping with you via e-mail. However, we cannot be held responsible for loss or non-delivery for any reason of any confirmation e-mail(s). Shipment status can also be confirmed by calling Acroprint Time Recorder Company at 1-919-872-5800 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm (Eastern), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Terms and Conditions: Returns
In order to return a product purchased directly from Acroprint Time Recorder Company, one must first obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) by contacting Acroprint within 30 days of product purchase. Customer will be required to furnish proof of purchase.
If the item was purchased from one of Acroprint’s resellers/dealers then the item must be returned to that reseller/dealer. No RMA can be granted by Acroprint for products sold through a reseller/dealer.
Returned items must be complete with all original accessories, cables, attachments, manuals, badges, etc. No refund will be given for those missing components. Use the original box for shipping and make sure that the RMA number is printed clearly on the box.
Customer will be responsible for all freight charges on original invoice on non-defective or user damaged items along with a minimum restocking fee of 15%. All special build orders (i.e. Time Clock or Time Stamp), opened/used Software, Acroprint Support/Service charges and contracts are not eligible for return.
