My pay period start date changes each pay period. What happens if I change the pay period manually to reflect the current start date for our company needs?

Acroprint does not recommend manually changing the start-date of your pay periods, other than the initial setup. Changing the start-date of each pay period compromises the data already stored in the database and may result in the loss of employee transaction information.

Additionally, you run the risk of combining pay periods because the software can no longer correctly calculate the end-date of the pay periods.
