- Log in to the Attendance Rx Administrator.
- Click the timeQplus Biometric button in the left hand navigation bar.
- Select the appropriate tab on the left hand side of the Terminal Manager window to display Ethernet or Comm Port terminals, depending on how the terminal you wish to poll is connected to the system.
- Select the desired terminal from the displayed list.
- Press the POLL button.
