For the Magnetic Stripe and Barcode badges, the badges state four digits (i.e. 0010).  When entering into the timeQplus Software put leading zeros in front of the four digits so that it is a total of ten digits (i.e. 0000000010).

For the Proximity badge, you will find two groups of numbers.  Please refer to the first group of ten digits, and then enter all ten digits.  For example: badge number 0012511255 190,59415 – you would enter 0012511255.
