The terminal can support a serial or parallel printer. While newer ink-jet and laser printers may work with our system, Acroprint can only support printing from the terminal to an 80 column printer, also known as a dot-matrix printer. The printer cable (not included with the system) is a standard parallel printer cable with a 25-pin connector and a 36-pin Centronics type connector. For serial cable information contact your printer vendor.

Please Note: You may use any type of printer when printing from the PC software (Time Q +Plus and Paytime). The 80 column printer requirement is only for printing directly from the terminal.
